Any Digital Camera with an Optical zoom and at least 3.2 Mp’s will make a DECENT 8X10. Ofcourse if u want a bit more detail, 4.0 Mp and higher. I have a 5, 7, 8, and 9 Mp cameras, and make many 8X10 prints.

You can’t get wholesale digital cameras on ebay.
I guess you could try http://wholesale.50webs.org/ , but I’m sure you could locate some genuine sellers in China. First thing I would do is ask the sellers in China for addresses or contact details of people who import their products. Then you could contact the importers to check if the chinese supplier is genuine. Hope this helps.

Hi,

Take a digital with the most megapixels you can. They are still expensive when they are better quality, but the result is quite different to. And anyway, they are much less expensive than years ago. You want something practical, beautiful, that makes a good job and durable, no, if so, you should have a good one.

Usually, you won’t have a compact one if you are buying a 10 megapixels, but some turns around 7 or 8 megapixels, are compact, with a good zoom, at least 3 times zoom (or higher), and i guess those ones would be fine with your 8 X 10 pictures.

I also believe it depends of what equipment you will be using for developping your pictures. For instance, i could develop those directly from my all-in-one copior. But some people only have a printer or other have a special equipment which is only used for developping digital pictures.

Also, be sure to ask all the features this digital camera would do to the salesperson prior to buy it. Take a list with you of everything you would like this digital camera also does (like zooming).

Alibaba.com has a lot of sources but as for all other trade portals, having “Trust Pass” or Gold Membership does not guarantee that the seller is legitimate, although the chances of them being legitimate is fairly higher.

I have sources for the Digital Cameras, as I, too, source for consumer electronics. If you tell me what you’re looking for, I might be able to help you find the product you want.

You can use Trade Portals to find the goods but you have to check all their details. DO NOT USE Western union as a form of payment unless you have a contact in that Country (example; China) who can help incase something goes wrong.

You may also post for help on Alibaba.com in the resources section. As for payment options, paypal is not common in China but there is something that’s called Alipay.com, similar to paypal.

I also have a small list of Canon wholesalers in the US. I personally researched them, they have phone numbers and addresses. One of them is in New York. I can sell the list to you if you wish to get this information. Just send me a message.

Walmart sells a waterproof Olympus P&S camera, for $140 the model escapes me. It’s decent.
